Discuss marketability of home
What needs to be done (possible issues, etc)?
Develop a pricing strategy and determine a competitive price
For example, would you like to hold offers? I will explain stats regarding homes that are properly priced.
Establish a relationship.
Prepare home for sale
Repairs, improvements, stager, photographer, etc.
Internet ads, signs, open houses, social media, realtor.ca, YouTube, virtual tours, database promotion, and proactive networking.
Report feedback from showings, review market conditions, and adjust marketing strategy as needed.
Negotiating the sale
I will carefully review and present the offers and negotiate the best terms to create a solid transaction.
I will be the liaison between all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Ensure paperwork and files are accurate and complete, and that all parties involved receive necessary documentation (i.e. lawyer, lender, etc).
